All return postage costs are paid for by the customer unless the item is seen to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your item(s) to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com first, we may require proof of damage by photos.
When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your order has been received and your refund processed.
